Ex-India hot rolled plate booking in Taiwan

SteelOrbis has heard from market sources that a Taiwanese steel producer has concluded an ex-India deal in the past week for 20,000-30,000 mt of hot rolled plate (HRP) in the range of $553-565/mt FOB, for November deliveries.

On the other hand, South Korean HRP offers to Taiwan are in the range of $550-555/mt CFR, while ex-China offers to the country are at $518-520/mt CFR, both for November deliveries.
