The uptrend seen in domestic hot rolled coil (HRC) prices in Egypt now seems to have left its place to a stable trend. Egyptian steel mill EZDK has kept its April production HRC prices unchanged as compared to prices for March production at EGP 4,510/mt ($662/mt) ex-works, exclusive of VAT.

HRC demand in Egypt is reported to be weak.
