CRC import price offers decline slightly in Brazil

CRC imports in Brazil are negotiated in average at $950/mt, CFR conditions, against $980/mt two weeks ago, according to sources.

In April, Brazil exported 5,200 mt of CRC, in average at $1,080/mt, while imported 14,700 mt of the product at $757/mt, against respectively 15,200 mt at $758/mt and 13,400 mt at $750/mt in March, all CFR conditions.

In the Brazilian domestic market, CRC of the basic commercial grades remains offered in medium to large volumes by the producers at BRL 6,350/mt ($1,283/mt), stable in BRL from two weeks ago, ex-works, no taxes included.
