SteelOrbis has been informed that in the local Taiwanese steel market the prices of JIS G3141 SPCC cold rolled coils (
CRC) of 0.3-1.5 mm thickness are standing at NTD 22,000-23,500/mt ($744-795/mt) delivered to customer, while the prices of JIS G3131 SPHC hot rolled coils (
HRC) of 2.0-4.5 mm thickness are still at NTD 20,800-21,000/mt ($703-710/mt) delivered to customer. Both price ranges, which have remained unchanged since last week, are on actual weight basis, include five percent VAT, and are for mid-April shipments.
