HRC) offers are standing at $630-640/mt FOB, while Ukrainian mills' offers for February production

Severstal has sold most of its February production to the Americas, while Ukrainian mills have sold their February production
HRC to the
Middle East,
India and Far East Asia.
Export offers from the
CIS for March production
HRC are expected to be unchanged from February production levels.
