SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that ex-China hot rolled coil offers have been falling in the last three weeks, with the price of SS400 grade 3-12 mm x 1,500-2,000 mm boron-added HRC declining to $620-630/mt FOB on actual weight basis, including nine percent export tax rebate, and for July shipments.

In the meantime, a recent HRC transaction from China to South Korea was concluded at $637/mt CFR.
