Chinese HRC and CRC for export

Chinese mills, reportedly, offer hot rolled coils for export in $350-380/mt FOB and cold rolled coils in $450-490/mt FOB range. Recently both supply and demand are growing in China on the exports side. SteelOrbis learnt that major steel mills Angang, Benxi and WISCO have raised their flat rolled product prices by $10-15/mt last week and other mills are expected to follow the increase. There is demand from Malaysia, and Megasteel is reportedly getting inquiries for Chinese products. Therefore prices may go up for the deliviries destined to Malaysia. Demand from Vietnam is also high for hot rolled sheets and bids from Vietnamese buyers increased around $10/mt.
