During the given week, inventory levels in the steel plate market have been lower than in the previous week, providing support for steel plate prices. At the same time, the upward trend of ferrous metal futures prices and the decent volumes of orders received by plate producers have also positively impacted the steel plate price trend. As for the coming week, it is thought that steel plate prices in the Chinese domestic market will likely move sideways following recent rises.
