SteelOrbis has learned that Chinese stainless steel producer Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co. (TISCO) has increased its export offers for 304 grade stainless coils by $150/mt for November shipment.
Accordingly, TISCO's offers for 304 grade stainless steel hot rolled coils (HRC) are now standing at $2,620/mt FOB, while its offers for 304 grade stainless steel cold rolled coils (CRC) are at $2,750/mt FOB.
In the meantime the mills' offers for 430 grade stainless steel HRC are still standing at $1,270/mt FOB, while its offers for 430 grade stainless steel CRC are at $1,400/mt, both prices have remained unchanged since August.
