California Steel Industries raises flats prices $30/nt

California Steel Industries sent a letter to customers Thursday indicating an immediate $1.50 cwt. ($33/mt or $30/nt) price increase on hot rolled, cold rolled and galvanized products due to changes in market conditions.

CSI also said that prices are subject to change at any time unless a firm price has been previously quoted and confirmed, for a specific period.
