The prices of carbon steel flat rolled products produced by major Chinese steelmaker Baosteel for November shipment are as follows (comparisons are with October prices):
1. The producer's hot rolled coil (HRC) prices remain unchanged.
2. Hot rolled pickled product prices have increased by RMB 100/mt ($14/mt).
3. Cold rolled (CR) products remain unchanged. Stainless steel division cold rolled products are RMB 100/mt ($14/mt) higher compared to other cold rolled products produced at Baosteel's main production base. Cold rolled products from Baosteel Group Shanghai Meishan Co., Ltd are RMB 200/mt ($29/mt) lower than the prices of CR products from Baosteel's main production base.
4. HDG prices are up by RMB 150/mt ($22/mt)
5. EG prices have remained unchanged.
6. Galvalume prices have remained unchanged, with galvalume prices from Baosteel Group Shanghai Meishan Co., Ltd RMB 100/mt lower than the products produced at Baosteel's main production facilities.
7. Color coated prices (November-December) are up by RMB 100/mt ($14/mt) based on September-October prices.
8. Electrical steel: non-oriented electrical steel prices are up by RMB 200/mt ($29/mt).
9. Heavy plate prices have remained unchanged.
