ZMZ increases rolled steel production in 2011

In 2011, the production of commercial grade rolled steel products by Russian steelmaker Zlatoust Metallurgical Works (ZMZ) increased by 30.1 percent compared to 2010, totaling 501,300 mt.
In addition, in 2011 ZMZ registered a 1.6 percent increase year on year in its production of steel with special surface finish to 16,900 mt and 2.2 times rise in its calibrated steel output to 12,900 mt.
In 2011, ZMZ shipped 493,300 mt of steel products, registering a 29.3 percent increase compared to 2010.
