Chinese steelmaker Zhongse Hainan Non-Ferrous Metal Co. has announced that it will start construction work on its new tin-coated steel sheet project in the first half year of the current year. After commissioning, the annual output value of the project, which targets an output capacity of 200,000 mt per year, is expected to be RMB 1.5 billion ($237.70 million).
Zhongse Hainan Non-Ferrous Metal's tin-coated sheet output totaled 230,000 mt in 2011, with a value of RMB 1.98 billion ($313.78 million).
