The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced Tuesday its preliminary results in the administrative review of the antidumping order on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Turkey.

The review covers one producer/exporter – Yucel Boru ve Profil Endustrisi A.S. and Yucelboru Ihracat Ithalat ve Pazarlama A.S. (collectively “Yucel”) – during the period from May 1, 2012 through April 30, 2013.

The DOC has calculated a preliminary dumping margin of zero (0.00 percent) for Yucel.

The DOC plans to complete this review by September 2014.  The current dumping duty deposit rate will remain in effect until the DOC's final results are published in the Federal Register.
