Xinhua-China Iron Ore Price Index declines further

According to the Xinhua-China Iron Ore Price Index issued by China's state-owned Xinhua News Agency, in the week ending May 28 the price index for 63.5 percent Fe content imported iron ore in China stood at 136 points, down two points week on week, while the price index for 58 percent Fe content imported iron ore stood at 115 points, down one point week on week.
 
As of May 28, iron ore inventory at Chinese ports totaled 97.24 million mt, down 790,000 mt on week-on-week basis.
