Columbus, Ohio-based metals manufacturer Worthington Industries announced Tuesday that it has acquired Watertown, South Dakota-based Angus Industries, a manufacturer of cabs and operator stations for the construction, mining and agriculture markets, for $180 million.
According to Worthington's press release announcing the acquisition, Angus is expected to contribute to earnings within its first year and will operate as a stand-alone business segment, Engineered Cabs, in the Worthington Industries portfolio of businesses.
