Winsway sells its shares in Canadian subsidiaries

Winsway sells its shares in Canadian subsidiaries Chinese coal importer Winsway Enterprises Holdings Limited (formerly known as Winsway Coking Coal Holdings Limited) has announced that it has completed the sale of the 42.74 percent stakes it owned in Canada-based metallurgical coal mining companies Grande Cache Coal (GCC) and in Grande Cache Coal LP (GCC LP) to Hong Kong-based Up Energy. 

Upon the completion of the disposal, Winsway indirectly owns 14.69 percent of shares in GCC and 14.68 percent in GCC LP. Winsway stated that, following the transaction, GCC and GCC LP have ceased to be subsidiaries of the company.
