Valmont Industries acquires American Galvanizing Company

Valmont Industries, Inc., a global manufacturer of engineered products and services for infrastructure, and mechanized irrigation equipment for agriculture, and a provider of coatings services, announced Friday the acquisition of American Galvanizing Company of Folsom, New Jersey.  This increases Valmont Coatings' network to 33 facilities located in 6 countries around the world.
  
American Galvanizing Company is a leader in hot-dip galvanizing in the Northeast United States, providing corrosion protection services to structural steel fabricators and steel manufacturers throughout the Northeast region.
