The US International Trade Commission (USITC) has voted to conduct full five-year sunset reviews concerning the countervailing duty (CVD) order on certain hot rolled, flat rolled, carbon-quality steel products (hot rolled steel) from Brazil, the antidumping (AD) duty orders on hot rolled steel from Brazil and Japan, and the suspended investigation on hot rolled steel from Russia.
As a result of these votes, the USITC will conduct full reviews to determine whether revocation of these orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
