The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the final results of the sunset reviews of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on certain circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Brazil, Mexico, South Korea and Taiwan, and AD orders on certain circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Taiwan.

The DOC found that revocation of the antidumping duty orders on the given product from the given countries would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping.

The DOC has determined weighted-average dumping margins of up to 103.38 percent for Brazil, up to 7.32 percent for Mexico, up to 1.20 percent for South Korea and up to 27.65 percent for Taiwan. In addition, an 8.91 percent weighted-average dumping margin has been determined for circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Taiwan.
