US ITC votes to investigate line pipe from Korea and Turkey

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) made its preliminary determination last week in the antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of certain welded API line pipe from Korea and Turkey.

The ITC made an affirmative injury determination.  The vote was 6 to 0.

As a result of the ITC’s determination, the U.S. Department of Commerce will conduct full-scale AD and CVD investigations of welded API line pipe from Korea and Turkey.
