The US International Trade Commission (ITC) made its final determination Tuesday in the sunset review of the antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from China.
The ITC made an affirmative determination that revocation of the orders would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of material injury to the US industry.
Accordingly, because the US Department of Commerce had likewise made affirmative determinations in its sunset reviews of these orders, the AD and CVD orders on oil country tubular goods from China will remain in force for a further period of five years.
