The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has made its final determination in the sunset review of the antidumping orders against rebar from Belarus, China, Indonesia, South Korea, Latvia, Moldova, Poland, and Ukraine.

The ITC has made affirmative determinations for all of the above countries, with the exception of South Korea, that revocation of these orders would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of injury to the domestic rebar market.

As a result of the ITC's determinations, the antidumping order against rebar from South Korea will be revoked, while the orders against the other seven countries will continue. The next sunset review for these orders will take place in five years.
