The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has decided to conduct a full sunset review of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on cut-to-length carbon steel plate from India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, and Korea. This is the second sunset review of these orders.

The ITC found that the responses from the domestic industry and the producers in Italy, Japan, and Korea were adequate, and thus, warranted a full review. Although the ITC found that the responses from India and Indonesia were inadequate, it nevertheless decided that "circumstances warranted full reviews" of these orders as well.

The ITC's decision to conduct a full sunset review means that parties will have the opportunity to file briefs, testify at the ITC's public hearing, and submit comments. The ITC will also send detailed questionnaires to US and foreign producers, US importers, and US purchasers.
