US issues final AD review results on circular welded pipe from Oman

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the final results of its administrative reviews of the antidumping (AD) duty order on circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from Oman for the periods December 1, 2019, through November 30, 2020, and December 1, 2020, through November 30, 2021.

Accordingly, the US DOC has determined that Al Jazeera Steel Products’ sales of the subject goods were made below normal value during both periods of review, while the sales by Al Samna Metal Manufacturing & Trading Company, Bollore Logistics and Transworld Shipping Trading & Logistics Services were made below normal value only during the period of December 1, 2020, through November 30, 2021.

The DOC has determined weighted-average dumping margins of 4.61 percent for Al Jazeera Steel Products for the period between December 1, 2019, and November 30, 2020, while weighted-average dumping margins are at 2.31 percent for all companies for the period between December 1, 2020, and November 30, 2021.

The final antidumping duties for the country are applicable from June 15 this year.
