US initiates administrative review for OCTG imports from Turkey

The US International Trade Administration (ITA) has announced that it has launched administrative reviews on both the antidumping duty and the countervailing duty against oil country tubular goods (OCTG) imports from Turkey.
 
For the antidumping duty, the period of review will be between September 1, 2015 and August 31, 2016, while the review period for the countervailing duty will be the calendar year 2015.
 
The US imposed the antidumping duty on oil country tubular goods from Turkey on September 5, 2014, while the countervailing duty was imposed on July 18, 2014.
 
The products subject to review currently fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7304.29, 7304.39, 7304.59, 7305.20, 7305.31, 7306.29, 7306.30 and 7306.50.
