On July 1, 2005, both the US Department of Commerce (DOC) and the US International Trade Commission (ITC) initiated sunset reviews of the antidumping duty orders on stainless steel wire rods from Brazil and France. As a result of the determination by the ITC that the revocation of the antidumping duty orders on stainless steel wire rods from Brazil and France would not likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the US, the DOC today published notice of revocation of these antidumping duty orders.
