On April 19, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) issued a notice of correction regarding final determination of the countervailing duty order on circular welded carbon quality steel line pipe from China issued March 31, 2010, in line with the amended final determination of the United States Court of International Trade (CIT).

Accordingly, the court said that the rate for Huludao Companies (Huludao Seven Star Group, Huludao Steel Pipe Industrial Co. Ltd., and Huludao Bohai Oil Pipe Industrial Co. Ltd.) is corrected to 33.43 percent instead of 33 percent. Additionally, the All Others Rate is corrected to 36.74 percent instead of 36.53 percent.

On December 11, 2009, the CIT sustained the DOC's remand determination in the mentioned CVD review.
