US DOC: Preliminary results of AD review on SSSS imports from Mexico

The US Department of Commerce published the preliminary results of an antidumping duty administrative review on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils imported from Mexico. Upon the requests of petitioners and respondent, the US Department of Commerce (DOC), on August 29, 2005, initiated an antidumping administrative review on stainless steel sheet and strip imported from Mexico. The period of review was July 1, 2004, through June 30, 2005. The Department preliminarily decided that sales of subject merchandise imported from Mexico have been made below normal value. Accordingly, the following weighted-average dumping margin exists for the period July 1, 2004, through June 30, 2005:
