On September 29, 2006, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain small diameter seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line and pressure pipe (seamless pipe) from Brazil for the period August 1, 2005, through July 31, 2006.

The DOC has preliminarily determined that sales of the subject merchandise by V & M do Brasil S.A (VMB) were not made below normal value.

Accordingly, the preliminary duty margin at the level of 0.00 percent has been set for the producer.
