US DOC makes correction in final AD results on Belgian SS plate in coils

On August 3, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced a correction in the final results of the antidumping duty (AD) administrative review on stainless steel (SS) plate in coils from Belgium.

The DOC said that it made an error in the ‘Cash Deposit Requirements' section of the notice, by inadvertently including an incorrect ‘all others' rate for exporters and/or manufacturers not covered by the review. Specifically, the ‘all others' rate should have been listed as 8.54, the DOC clarified.

As SteelOrbis previously reported, the ‘all others' cash deposit rate was listed as 9.86 percent in the results published on October 19, 2009.
