The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced Thursday the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping order on hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from India.  The review covered three producers/exporters--Ispat Industries Limited; JSW Steel Limited; and Tata Steel Limited--during the period from December 1, 2009 through November 30, 2010.

For the second administrative review in a row, the DOC determined that Ispat, JSW, and Tata had no reviewable entries of subject merchandise during the period of review.

Accordingly, the dumping duty deposit rates will remain 0.00 (zero) percent for Ispat, JSW, and Tata.

There is also a countervailing duty order on hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from India, and the current countervailing duty deposit rates are 15.27 percent for Ispat, 76.88 percent for JSW, and 577.28 percent for Tata.
