On March 20, 2009, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) issued the final results of its full sunset review of the suspension agreement on certain cut-to-length (CTL) carbon steel plate from Ukraine.
On November 25, 2008, the DOC announced its preliminary results of the full sunset review of the suspended antidumping duty investigation on certain cut-to-length carbon steel plate from Ukraine. In its preliminary results, the DOC found that the termination of the suspended antidumping duty investigation on CTL plate from Ukraine would be likely to lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping at the margins decided in the final determination of the original investigation.
The DOC provided interested parties with an opportunity to comment on its preliminary results. However, the DOC did not receive comments from either domestic or respondent interested parties.
As a result of this review, the DOC has made no changes to its preliminary results, determined at the following percentage weighted-average margins:
