On March 26, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced its final results of the expedited sunset reviews of the antidumping (AD) duty orders against prestressed concrete steel wire strand (PC strand) from Brazil, South Korea, India, Japan, Mexico and Thailand.
On December 1, 2008, the DOC initiated sunset (five-year) reviews of the antidumping duty finding/orders on prestressed concrete steel wire strand from the countries in question.
As a result of these sunset reviews, the DOC has found that revocation of the antidumping duty finding/orders on the subject merchandise would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the following weighted-average percentage margins:
