On October 6, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced the final results of its expedited sunset review of the antidumping orders (AD) against stainless steel plate in coils from Belgium, Italy, South Korea, South Africa, and Taiwan.
The DOC made affirmative determinations, finding that revocation of these orders would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping.
The institution determined the following final margins:
Country | Company | AD margin - % |
AMS Belgium All others | 8.54 8.54
ThyssenKrupp Acciai Speciali Terni S.p.A LaPerle All others | 45.09 39.69

The US International Trade Commission is also conducting a full sunset review of all of the orders, and a negative injury determination by the commission will result in revocation of the orders, regardless of the DOC's determinations.
