On Monday, November 1, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced the initiation of administrative reviews of antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders and findings with September anniversary dates.
Accordingly, the DOC has initiated an administrative review of the CVD duty order regarding certain hot rolled carbon steel flat products from Brazil. The respondents in the review are Usinas Siderurgicas de Minas Gerais S.A. and Companhia Siderurgica Paulista.
The US DOC intends to issue the final results of these reviews not later than September 30, 2011.
