On April 28, 2006, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an antidumping duty administrative review for
stainless steel bar imported from
France for the period March 1, 2005, through February 28, 2006. The review covered French producer Ugitech S.A.
Since Ugitech withdrew its request within 90 days of the initiation of the administrative review, the DOC decided to rescind the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on
stainless steel bar imported from
France.
