The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on large diameter (LD) welded pipe from Turkey and Canada.

During the review period from May 1, 2021, to April 30, 2022, Turkish and Canadian steel producers were found to have not made sales of the given products at less than normal value. In addition, it has been found that four Turkish companies made no shipments during the review period.

Accordingly, the DOC has calculated weighted-average dumping margins of zero for the countries.

The final result of the review is expected to be announced within 120 days of publication of the preliminary results.

The preliminary antidumping duty for the country is applicable from June 6.
