Unemployment in Turkey drops to 10.2% in April

According to the statistics released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), the unemployment rate in Turkey fell by 0.7 percentage points year on year to 10.2 percent in April this year and increased by 0.1 percentage points month on month.

Meanwhile, in the given month, the employment rate in Turkey was recorded at 48.4 percent, increasing by 1.5 percentage points compared to the same month of 2022.
