Ukrainian metallurgical firms see loss of UAH 22.5 billion in 2014

The Ukrainian association of metal producers Metallurgprom has announced that in 2014 Ukrainian metallurgical enterprises' pre-tax losses increased by 1.8 times year on year, rising to UAH 22.5 billion ($0.85 billion), despite the rise in the metallurgical enterprises' overall net income by 18 percent year on year to UAH 166 billion ($6.29 billion).
