Ukraine’s iron ore exports surge in July

In July this year, exports of iron ore from Ukraine amounted to $875.201 million, increasing by four times from both June 2014 and July 2013, according to Ukraine's Ministry of Revenue and Duties.

In the January-July period of this year, the value of Ukraine's iron ore exports amounted to $2.130 billion, while the value of Ukraine's iron ore imports totaled $180.924 million.

In the January-July period of this year, the value of Ukraine's ferrous scrap exports amounted to $182.162 million, while the value of Ukraine's ferrous scrap imports came to $10.640 million.
