Ukraine’s DMKD repairs BF No. 1M

Dneprovsky Iron and Steel Works named after F. Dzerzhinsky (DMKD), a subsidiary of the Ukrainian steelmaker Industrial Union of Donbass (ISD), has started preparatory works for the overhaul of its blast furnace (BF) No. 1M.

The overhaul will include repairs of the BF's double bell and hopper and of its refrigerators, and is planned to be finished within the current month.
