Ukrainain steel producer AzovElectroStal has announced that it has started producing continuous cast square 125 mm x 125 mm billets. This is the first production of such a billet, made possible by the reconstruction of the company's continuous cast billet plant. Now the company can produce 400 mm rounds as well as 250 mm, 125 mm, 130 mm and 150 mm squares. As a raw material the company uses its own furnace charge.
