Ukraine to produce 1.9 million mt of crude steel in December

In December this year, crude steel production in Ukraine will total 1.9 million mt, according to the Ukrainian association of metal producers Metallurgprom.

According to Metallurgprom's forecast, domestic pig iron output in Ukraine will total 1.8 million mt in December, while Ukrainian production of rolled steel is expected to amount to 1.8 million mt.

In November, Ukrainian companies plan to produce 1.9 million mt of crude steel, 1.8 million mt of pig iron and 1.7 million mt of rolled steel.
