Ukraine issues production results for January-November

In the January-November period of the current year, Ukraine registered a 16.4 percent decrease in its finished steel product output to 22.130 million mt, a 15.9 percent decrease in its crude steel output to 25.240 million mt, and a 13.6 percent decline in its pig iron production to 23.036 million mt, all year on year, according to the data issued by Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers.

The country's production of metallurgical coke in the given period declined by 19.9 percent year on year to 12.929 million mt.

In November alone, Ukraine produced  1.825 million mt of crude steel - down 4.9 percent, 1.602 million of finished steel products - down 2.5 percent, and 1.638 million mt of pig iron - down 1.4 percent, all on month-on-month basis.
