Ukraine issues November coke import and export data

In November this year, coke exports from Ukraine decreased by 89 percent month on month and by 84.4 percent year on year to 13,060 mt.
 
Of the country's total coke exports in November this year, deliveries included 4,770 mt to Slovakia, 2,050 mt to Turkey, 1,760 mt to Bulgaria, 1,130 mt to Russia, 960 mt to Poland, 580 mt to Macedonia, and 560 mt to Georgia. The value of Ukraine's coke export sales in November was down by 90.5 percent compared to October, amounting to $3.5 million.

In January-November this year, Ukraine's coke export volume increased by 42 percent year on year to about 1.153 million mt, valued at $335.2 million.  
  
On the other hand, in November this year Ukraine's coke import volume increased by 86 percent month on month, but decreased by 61 percent year on year, totaling 33,630 mt, and including 18,630 mt from Kazakhstan, 7,560 mt from Russia, 7,120 mt from Poland and 310 mt from Slovakia.

Meanwhile, in the first 11 months of 2010 the country's imports of coke increased by 27.7 percent year on year to 267,790 mt, valued at $81.64 million.
