According to the data released by Ukrainian association of metal producers Metallurgprom, in October this year Ukraine exported $263.46 million worth of semi-finished steel products, while imports of these products totaled $5.79 million in value.
One of the main importers of Ukrainian semi-finished steel in October was Italy with a total value of $74.87 million.
In the January-October period of the current year, Ukraine exported $3.867 billion worth of semi-finished steel products, with imports totaling $49.95 million.
