In the given period, the country's turnover index in construction decreased by 15.6 percent year on year and was up significantly by 50.1 percent quarter on quarter.

The quarter-on-quarter change rates show that, although the production in construction industry decreased further in the last quarter of 2009, an unfavorable season of the year for the industry in question, the turnover of the industry recorded a significant increase.
