Turkish basic metal manufacturing capacity use falls in July from June

In July this year, the capacity utilization rate in the Turkish basic metal manufacturing industry was 74.4 percent, down from 76.9 percent recorded in June, while the capacity utilization rate in the Turkish basic metal manufacturing industry was 75.8 percent in July 2015, according to the provisional data released by the Central Bank of Turkey.
                             
Meanwhile, in July of the current year the capacity utilization rate in the manufacture of metal products, except machinery and equipment, was 71.7 percent, decreasing from 72.3 percent recorded in June and down from 72.2 percent in July last year.
 
The capacity utilization rate in Turkey's general manufacturing industry, on the other hand, was at 75.7 percent in July this year, down from the 76.1 percent recorded in the previous month and falling from 75.9 percent in the same month of 2015.
