Turkey’s unemployment rate rises to 11.2 percent in February

According to the statistics released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), the unemployment rate in Turkey rose by one percentage point year on year to 11.2 percent in February.

Meanwhile, in the given month the employment rate in Turkey increased to 44.4 percent with a 0.3 percentage point increase compared to the same month of the previous year.
